With Southern Oregon College encompassing one end of town and the Shakespearian Festival alive in the beautiful Lithia Park in the middle of town, it is a place where my childhood memories were formed. Right now, they are experiencing the aftermath of a huge fire. I read one account that said, “I feel like we are being burned out.”[more]

GOD IS ALL YOU HAVE
 ima5Psalm 63 Sometimes God is all in the world you have. When this happens, you need to be obsessed with God alone. The Psalmist expresses an obession with meeting and knowing God. Psalm 63 has been called the "Soul of Psalms". The earliest church sang it every morning. It would be good for us to do the same. Sometimes circumstances leave us with nothing in life but God alone. David had been betrayed by his own son, exiled from his throne, and humiliated in the desert. Out of that experience he expressed his desire for God alone. Every believer should crave such a relationship with the living God.[more]
